Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup MorningStar Farms® Chorizo Crumbles
- 5 ea. Flour tortillas, 6” round
- 5 Tbs. plus extra for dipping Salsa verde
- ¼ cup Cotija cheese
- 12-15 ea. Radish slices, thin
- for garnish Chopped cilantro
- for garnish Lime wedges
Recipe Directions
1. Heat chorizo crumbles in skillet according to cooking instructions.2. Place tortillas on serving platter. Add salsa verde and chorizo crumbles to each tortilla.
3. Top tortillas with Cotija cheese and radish slices; garnish with chopped cilantro.
4. Serve with lime wedges and extra salsa verde for dipping.
