Spicy chorizo crumbles, creamy alfredo, fire-roasted sweet corn, and Cotija cheese layered atop stone-fired flatbread and baked to warm, melty perfection. Served with fresh lime wedges for a citrus kick.

Ingredients
- Flatbread
- ¼ cup Queso sauce
- 4 oz. Sweet corn
- 1 ¼ cup MorningStar Farms® Chorizo Crumbles
- 2 Tbs. Cotija cheese
- 1 Tbs. Chopped cilantro for garnish
- for garnish Lime wedges
Recipe Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.2. Layer ingredients on flatbread in the following order: queso sauce, sweet corn, chorizo crumbles, Cotija cheese.
2. Bake at 375° F for 6-8 min.
3. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped cilantro. Garnish serving platter with lime wedges.
