  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 egg Fried egg
  • 1 Tbsp Diced red onion
  • 1 oz. Avocado Crema
  • 1 Tbsp Microgreens

Recipe Directions

1. Fry tater tots.
2. Heat chorizo crumbles.
3. Fry one egg sunny side up.
4. Top tater tots with chorizo crumbles, cheese, onion, fried egg, avocado crema, and microgreens.
