Ingredients
- 1, 5lb bag Morningstar Farms® Vegan Sausage Style Crumbles, #28989-10230
- 60, 0.75 oz bags Cheez-It® Made with Whole Grain Crackers, Original Cheddar
- 3lb, 12oz Cheese, Cheddar, Yellow, Reduced Fat, Shredded, Chilled
- 5 lb Lettuce, Romaine, shredded
- 20lb Tomatoes, diced
Recipe Directions
1. Add 1 Tbs. of oil to skillet at MEDIUM-HIGH.2. Place frozen crumbles from one pouch in skillet.
3. Cover skillet with a lid.
4. Heat at MEDIUM-HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
5. Remove lid. Heat an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
6. Simmer to desired consistency, stirring constantly.
7. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
