K-12 Tasty Tex-Mex Tacos

Ingredients
- 1, 5Ib bag Morningstar Farms® Vegan Sausage Style Crumbles
- 3lb. 12oz Cheese, Cheddar, Yellow, Reduced Fat, Shredded, Chilled
- 120 shells Whole Grain Corn Tortilla Taco Shells
- 5 Ib Lettuce, Romaine, shredded
- 20 Ib Tomatoes, diced
Recipe Directions
1. Add 1 Tbs. of oil to skillet at MEDIUM-HIGH.2. Place frozen crumbles from one pouch in skillet.
3. Cover skillet with a lid.
4. Heat at MEDIUM-HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
5. Remove lid. Heat an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
6. Simmer to desired consistency, stirring constantly.
7. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
SERVING:
In bento box-style container, place 1 oz. of crumble, 1 oz. of shredded cheese, 2 taco shells, ½ cup of lettuce and ½ cup of tomatoes in container. Serve with side of rice for additional grain.
