K-12 Veggie Sloppy Joe

Ingredients
- 2, 5Ib bag Morningstar Farms® Vegan Sausage Style Crumbles, #28989-10230
- 2 cups Onions, diced and cooked
- 1 quart Ketchup, Low Sodium
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce, Low Sodium
- 1/2 cup Vinegar, Distilled
- 60 Hamburger Bun, Whole Grain
Recipe Directions
1. Add 1 Tbs. of oil to skillet at MEDIUM-HIGH.2. Place frozen crumbles from pouches in skillet and add onions.
3. Cover skillet with a lid.
4. Heat at MEDIUM-HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
5. Remove lid. Add liquids. Heat an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
6. Simmer to desired consistency, stirring constantly.
7. Transfer sloppy joe mixture into steamtable pan. Cover and hold for service.
For serving, use #12 disher to place sloppy joe filling onto bun. Serve immediately.
