Ingredients
- 7.5 cups Chopped onions
- 15 cloves Garlic, minced
- 7.5 cups Chopped green pepper
- 1 cup, 2 oz. Vegetable oil
- 192 oz. MorningStar Farms® sausage-style crumbles
- 80 oz. Tomato sauce
- 17.5 cups Ketchup
- 6 Tbsp., 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 100 oz. Shredded cheese
- 100 Hamburger buns, whole grain
Recipe Directions
1. In a large kettle, sautée onions, garlic, and green pepper in oil.2. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and buns.
3. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to simmer, stirring occasionally.
4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot on hamburger buns.
