Jambalaya Featuring MorningStar Farms® Sausage Style Crumbles

  • 2 qts. Vegetable stock, low sodium
  • 4 cups Tomatoes, canned and diced, low sodium
  • 2 tbsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Bay leaf, ground
  • 2 lbs. InHarvest® Black Pearl Medley
  • 4 cups Green bell peppers
  • 2 cups Celery
  • 3 lbs. MorningStar Farms® Sausage Style Crumbles CN label
  • 4 cups Scallions

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Combine vegetable stock, tomatoes, paprika, and ground bay leaf in a stockpot and bring to a boil.
3. Into each 2.5” hotel pan, place 2 lbs. InHarvest Black Pearl Medley, 4 cups green bell peppers, 2 cups celery, 3 lbs. sausage crumbles, and hot stock mixture.
4. Stir well to distribute ingredients, cover tightly with parchment paper and foil, and bake in a 350° F oven for 50 minutes or until rice is cooked.
5. Remove foil and parchment paper, add the scallions and stir with a rubber spatula to combine.
6. Keep covered in a warmer tray until ready to serve.
