Ingredients
- 24 each (3 pounds 12 ounces) Gardenburger® Original Veggie Patties
- 24 slices pineapple, fresh, sliced into 3/4 inch rounds
- 3/4 cup (6 fl. ounces) sriracha chile paste
- 3/4 cup (6 fl. ounces) sweet chile paste
- 24 leafs (1 pound 8 ounces) fresh romaine, leaf
- 96 rings (1 pound 8 ounces) red onions, fresh, sliced
- 24 slices (1 pound 1 ounce) tomato, fresh, sliced
- 24 each sourdough buns
- 1 pound 8 ounces roasted red peppers, cut into strips
Recipe Directions
1. Cook Gardenburger® Original Burger patty according to directions.2. Grill pineapple slice for 2 minutes per side.
3. Spread sriracha and sweet chile paste on bottom bun.
4. Place lettuce, onions, and tomatoes on bottom bun, then place patty on top of lettuce mixture and top with pineapple and roasted red peppers and top bun.
