Ingredients

  • 24 each (3 pounds 12 ounces) Gardenburger® Original Veggie Patties
  • 24 slices (1 lb 8 ounces) cheddar cheese, slice
  • 1 lb 8 ounces french fries
  • 1 pint 1 cup (24 fl. ounces) bbq sauce
  • 24 each sourdough buns
  • 24 leafs (1 lb 8 ounces) fresh romaine, leaf
  • 24 slices (2 pounds 2 ounces) tomato, fresh
  • 96 rings (1 lb 8 ounces) red onions, fresh, sliced

Recipe Directions

1. Cook Gardenburger® Original Burger patty according to directions.
2. Place cheddar cheese on patty and place under broiler to melt cheese.
3. Deep-fry fries according to directions.
4. Spread bbq sauce on bottom bun.
5. Place lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on bottom bun, then place patty on top of lettuce mixture and top with fries and bun.
