Curry Peppered Gardenburger® with Provolone

Ingredients
- 24 each (3 pounds 12 ounces) Gardenburger® Original Veggie Patties
- 24 slices (12 ounces) provolone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups (12 fl. ounces) reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 24 each whole wheat hamburger bun
- 24 slices (1 pound) tomato, fresh, sliced
- 24 slices (1 pound 8 ounces) red onions, fresh, sliced
- 48 slices (4 1/2 ounces) green bell pepper, fresh
Recipe Directions
1. Cook Gardenburger® Original Veggie Burger patty according to directions.2. Top hot burger with cheese slice. Let stand for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
3. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and curry powder. Spread on bottom bun, then top with burger, tomato slice, red onion, bell pepper, and top bun.
