Singapore-Style Asparagus & Snow Pea Stir-Fry withGardenburger® Veggie Burger
Serve up the Far-East featuring Gardenburger® Veggie Burger combined in a traditional stir-fry with veggies on a bed of rice noodles, and fiery sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce vegetable oil
- 10 ounces onion,
- 5 garlic cloves,
- 1 tablespoon ginger,
- 10 Gardenburger® Original Veggie Patties
- 2.5 ounces black bean sauce
- 5 ounces light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 10 ounces snow peas,
- 5 ounces baby corn,
- 5 ounces asparagus,
- 7 ounces vegetable stock
- 45 ounces fresh rice noodles
- 2 ounces scallion,
- 2 ounces fresh cilantro leaves,
Recipe Directions
1. Heat vegetable oil in large wok. Add onions, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.2. Add Gardenburger® Original Burger strips and cook for one minute, stirring frequently.
3. Add black bean sauce, light soy sauce, sriracha sauce, snow peas, baby corn, asparagus, and stock; cook 1-2 minutes.
4. Add rice noodles and stir-fry until noodles have absorbed most of liquid, another 2-3 minutes.
5. Pile noodles into bowls; garnish with about 1 Tbs. each of scallion and cilantro leaves.
