Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 (5.75 oz.) Morningstar Farms® Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties Original
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted sweet peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 6 stalks celery, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 cucumber, quartered lengthwise and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
2. Reserve 2 Tbs. cheese.
3. Combine artichoked hearts, peppers, patties, mayonnaise, remaining cheese, onion and pepper. Spread in 9-inch pie plate.
4. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and parsley. Bake at 350º F for 20 minutes.
5. Garnish with green onions fan, if desired. Serve with celery and cucumber sticks.
