Peking Malibu Tahini Burger with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Gardenburger® Malibu Burger Organic Vegan
- 1/2 ounce cremini mushrooms,
- 1/2 ounce parsley,
- 1/2 ounce yellow onions,
- 1 ounce garlic,
- 1 ounce vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 1/2 ounce pecans,
- 1 ounce mixed greens
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 whole-grain bun,
Recipe Directions
1. Cook Gardenburger® Malibu Burger patty according to directions.2. Cook mushrooms, parsley, onions, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes until mixture is cooked down but not browned.
3. Add tahini and hoisin sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Add pecans and mix to coat thoroughly.
5. Place greens and tomatoes on bottom bun, then place patty on top of lettuce mixture and top with vegetables and top bun.
