Ingredients
- 3 (9.75 ounce) Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers
- 1 bag (8 oz.) round nacho chips
- 2 ounces finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Recipe Directions
1. Defrost Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers, and cut each pattie into 6 pie shaped wedges.2. Place each wedge in center of a round nacho chip placed on a cookie sheet. Repeat for all wedges.
3. Sprinkle lightly with shredded cheese.
4. Place under broiler for 5-7 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
5. Serve with salsa, if desired.
