Rojo Mojo Black Bean Slider
A MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Slider topped with red enchilada sauce, Chihuahua cheese, fresh red onion and cilantro on a slider bun.

Ingredients
- 30 each MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Sliders
- 1 1/2 cups + 6 tablespoons Chihuahua cheese, shredded
- 30 each Slider bun
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups + 6 tablespoons Red enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Cilantro, fresh, chopped
Recipe Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.2. Heat black bean slider in 350˚ F oven for 7-9 minutes, turning halfway through heating time. In the last 2 minutes of bake time, add cheese on top to melt.
2. Toast bun in 350˚ F oven for 3 minutes.
3. Place the heated black bean slider on the bottom half of the bun.
4. Top with sliced red onion.
5. Add red enchilada sauce.
6. Garnish with cilantro.
7. Add the top of the bun .
