Smashed avocado and pico de gallo top a MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Slider served with Southwest ranch sauce on a toasted ciabatta roll.

Ingredients

Pico De Gallo

  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeño, diced
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, diced
  • 1 cup Tomato, diced
  • 30 each MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Sliders
  • 30 each Ciabatta roll
  • 1 1/2 cups, 6 tbsp Avocado, fresh, mashed
  • 1 1/4 cups Pico de Gallo
  • 1 1/4 cups Southwest ranch dressing

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
2. Prepare Pico de Gallo by mixing cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, red onion, and tomatoes.
3. Heat black bean slider in 350˚ F oven for 7-9 minutes, turning halfway through heating time.
4. Toast bun in 350˚ F oven for 3 minutes.
5. Place the heated black bean slider on the bottom half of the bun.
6. Smear the mashed avocado on top.
7. Top with pico de gallo.
8. Spread the Southwest ranch on the top half of the bun and place on top of the sandwich.
