- 20 cloves garlic
- 2½ cups sunflower oil

- 40 Carr's® Table Water® Crackers
- 10 slices "Virginia Baked Ham",
- 120 English peas,
- 2½ cups garlic mayonnaise,
- 10 slices smoked salmon,
- 1 chive sprig
Recipe Directions
Garlic Mayonnaise:1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth. Set aside.
Salmon Tapas:
1. Top each cracker evenly with ham and 3 English peas. Place on a large baking sheet.
2. Cover with a generous amount of garlic mayonnaise, then garnish with smoked salmon. Place under a preheated broiler for 15-20 seconds. Garnish with chive sprigs and serve.
