- 6 ounces wasabi powder
- 1 cup (8 fl. ounces) water
- 2 cups (16 fl. ounces) sour cream
- 1 cup (8 fl. ounces) half-and-half

- 1/2 cup (4 fl. ounces) Asian sesame oil
- 3 pounds sushi-quality ahi tuna
- 8 each (3 1/2 ounces) green onions
- 1/4 cup (4 fl. ounces) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (2 fl. ounces) lime juice
- 4 teaspoons (2/3 ounces) fresh ginger
- 1 each avocado
- 48 each Carr's® Table Water® Crackers
- micro greens
- black and white sesame seeds
Recipe Directions
Wasabi Cream:1. Combine wasabi powder, water, sour cream, and half and half in a blender until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Hawaiian Tuna:
1. In a mixing bowl, add sesame oil, tuna, green onions, soy sauce, lime juice, and ginger. Fold gently to mix. Add avocado. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
2. Top crackers evenly with tuna mixture and micro greens. Drizzle crackers with wasabi cream. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
