Ingredients
- 17 cups Red cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup Sriracha sauce
- 6 ½ cups Carrots, shredded
- 1 ½ cups Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 ¼ cups Canned pineapple, drained well (or crushed pineapple, also drained well)
- 2 ¼ cups Low-fat mayo
- 50 ea. Morningstar Farms® Grillers Prime Burger
- 50 ea. Hamburger bun, whole grain, split in half
Recipe Directions
1. Mix the red cabbage, carrots, sriracha, and soy sauce together. Then set aside in a chilled place at 40º F or below.2. Blend the pineapple until smooth with either a food processor or immersion blender (or if using crushed pineapple, simply drain well), and fold the pineapple into the low-fat mayo. Keep cold at 40º F or below until needed.
3. Cook the Morningstar Farms® Grillers Prime Veggie Burger at 350º F for 8-10 minutes until 165º F in the center.
4. Place the bottom bun down and top with the cooked Morningstar Farms® Grillers Prime Veggie Burger. Then top with 1/2 cup red cabbage slaw*.
5. Spread 1 Tbs. of the pineapple mayo onto the top bun and top the burger. Serve hot.
*Can also serve the cabbage slaw on the side if desired. Store sides of cabbage at 40ºF or below until served.
