Ingredients
- 24 each (4 pounds) Morningstar Farms® Grillers Prime®
- 2 pints (32 fl. ounces) steak sauce
- 1 gallon 1 pint 1 1/2 cups (48 ounces) button mushrooms, fresh, sliced
- 1 quart 1 pint 1/2 cup (36 ounces) Spanish onions, fresh, sliced
- 24 - 1 ounce slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup butter (2 ounces) butter
- 48 slices marble rye bread
Recipe Directions
1. In sauté pan, heat Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Prime Burgers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.2. Evenly distribute steak sauce, mushrooms and onions on top of Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Prime Burgers.
3. Cover with cheese.
4. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
5. Place Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Prime Burgers inside unbuttered side of bread slices. Cook on griddle until both sides are golden brown. Cut and serve.
