with Jerk Mayo and Pineapple

Ingredients
- 6 ea. Chipotle Black Bean Burger
- 2 cups Pineapple, sliced
- 6 ea. Provolone cheese, slices (sub vegan)
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil
- 1 ea. Onion, julienned
- 2 ea. Poblano peppers, julienned
- ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
- Jerk Mayo
- 2 cups Mayonnaise (sub vegan)
- ¼ cup Jerk Seasoning
- 6 ea. Brioche Buns
- 2 Tbsp. Jerk Mayo
Recipe Directions
For the Black Bean Patties:1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Place frozen MorningStar Farms® Chipotle Black Bean Burgers in a single layer on a sheet pan and heat in a 350° F oven for 14-15 minutes.
3. Top black bean patties with a pineapple and cheese slice and place back in the oven until the cheese is fully melted.
For the topping:
1. Preheat skillet to medium heat then add coconut oil, sauté onions, and poblano peppers until caramelized.
2. Add in chopped cilantro.
For the Jerk Mayo:
1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and jerk seasoning until well mixed.
To serve:
1. Place bottom bun on serving plate and spoon on 1 Tbsp. jerk mayo
2. Place patty on top of the mayo, then top with the ¼ cup of the caramelized onions and poblano peppers.
3. Also spread the top bun with 1 Tbsp. of jerk mayo before placing on top.
