Ingredients
- 1 English Muffin (toasted)
- 1 Cheddar Cheese Slice
- 1 Incogmeato Breakfast Sausage Patty (heated)
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Sliced Tomato, 1/2" Thick
- 2 Avocado Wedges, 1/2" Thick
- Sprouts
Recipe Directions
1. Split and toast the English muffin.2. Top bottom muffin half with slice of cheese, then the heated Incogmeato® Sausage Patty.
3. Fold the cooked egg into a square shape the same size as the muffin.
4. Top with the tomato slice, avocado wedges and sprouts.
5. Top with the second half of muffin and serve hot.
