Ingredients
- 1 English Muffin, Toasted
- 1 Slice Sliced Cheese (White Cheddar, Swiss, Pepperjack or American)
- 1 Incogmeato™ Breakfast Sausage Patty
Recipe Directions
1. Split and toast the English muffin.2. Place the slice of cheese on top of the bottom slice of toasted muffin half, then the hot Incogmeato® Sausage Patty.
3. Fold the cooked egg into a shape the same size as the muffin.
4. Top with the second half of muffin and serve hot.
