  • 1 Patty Incogmeato™ Burger Patty, Thawed
  • As Needed Pan Spray for Griddle
  • As Needed Salt
  • As Needed Pepper
  • 1 Burger Bun (Vegan), 3.5"-4“ diameter, sliced
  • As Needed Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Mayo (Vegan)
  • 2 tsp Ketchup (Vegan)
  • 3-4 Slices Pickles
  • 2 Slices Sweet Onion Rings, 1/4" Sliced
  • 1 Slice Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1-2 Pieces Lettuce
  • 1 Slice American Cheese Slices (Vegan)

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat griddle to 350 deg F. Clean & scrape griddle if needed. Spray with pan spray.
2. Preheat charbroiler to 600-750 deg F, clean grates, and oil lightly.
3. Season patties lightly with salt and pepper on both sides. Place patty on cooking equipment, and cook, turning once, to internal temperature of 160 deg F. Patty should reach 150 deg F for optimum juiciness.
NOTE: All equipment differs and may or may not be calibrated, so these times are guidelines only and approximations. 3 min per side on griddle = 6 min total OR 2.5-3 min per side on Charbroiler grill = 5-6 min total. Test cook on your equipment for optimal time.
4. Toast Buns, using oil if using flattop or use operator's bun toaster. Spread both sides of bun with 1 tsp. each of vegan mayonnaise and vegan ketchup. To bun, add patty, pickles, sweet onion rings, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese (if desired).
