Mediterranean Vegetarian Flatbread Pizza

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 18 ounces plum tomatoes,
  • 18 ounces onion,
  • 8 ounces olives,
  • 12 ounces red bell peppers,
  • 3 jalapeno peppers,
  • 3 tablespoons parsley,
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 garlic cloves,
  • 6 ounces vegan pizza sauce
  • 12 individual flatbread pizza crusts
  • 36 ounces Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers® Recipe Crumbles™
  • 6 ounces soy cheese,
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil baking sheets and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, olives, bell
pepper, jalapenos, parsley, salt and pepper and garlic. Toss well to combine.
3. Evenly spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over crust. Divide
vegetable mixture and Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers® Recipe Crumbles™ evenly over crusts leaving a 1/4 inch border. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender and crust is golden brown.
