Mediterranean Vegetarian Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 18 ounces plum tomatoes,
- 18 ounces onion,
- 8 ounces olives,
- 12 ounces red bell peppers,
- 3 jalapeno peppers,
- 3 tablespoons parsley,
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 garlic cloves,
- 6 ounces vegan pizza sauce
- 12 individual flatbread pizza crusts
- 36 ounces Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers® Recipe Crumbles™
- 6 ounces soy cheese,
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Recipe Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil baking sheets and set aside.2. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, olives, bell
pepper, jalapenos, parsley, salt and pepper and garlic. Toss well to combine.
3. Evenly spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over crust. Divide
vegetable mixture and Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers® Recipe Crumbles™ evenly over crusts leaving a 1/4 inch border. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender and crust is golden brown.
