Cheesy Tuscan Treats

Servings: 10-12


  • 8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
  • 3 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 4 thin slices Prosciutto
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 cups chopped italian parsley
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Carr's® Table Water® Baked with Toasted Sesame Seeds crackers

Recipe Directions

1. Combine cheeses and walnuts. Divide cheese mixture.
2. Place prosciutto on a cutting board. Using only 1/4 of the cheese mixture, spread each prosciutto slice with a thin layer of cheese mixture. Cover with a single layer of basil leaves.
3. Roll up the prosciutto, jelly roll style, then slice into 1/4" pinwheels.
4. Make gremolata by combining parsley, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
5. With the remaining cheese mixture, spread 1 Tbs. of the cheese mixture on Carr's® Table Water® crackers with Toasted Sesame Seeds. Top with a prosciutto pinwheel and garnish with gremolata.
