Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza Recipe
Soy cheese, plum tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, olives, and jalapeño peppers top this pizza.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (4 fl. ounces) olive oil
- 8 each (16 ounces) plum tomatoes, 1/4 in. dice
- 1 pint 1 1/4 cups (36 ounces) onion, minced
- 1 2/3 cups (8 ounces) olives, sliced
- 1 lb 8 ounces (1 pint 1/4 cup) red bell peppers, minced
- 3 each (1 1/2 ounces) jalapeno peppers, seeded, minced
- 1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 24 each (1 ounce) finely chopped garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup (12 ounces) pizza sauce
- 12 each individual flatbread pizza crusts
- 3 quarts 1 pint (72 ounces) Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters Grillers® Recipe Crumbles™
- 12 ounces soy cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Recipe Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.2. Lightly oil baking sheets and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, olives, bell pepper, jalapenos, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic. Toss well to combine.
4. Evenly spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over crust.
5. Divide vegetable mixture and MORNINGSTAR FARMS MEAL STARTERS GRILLERS RECIPE CRUMBLES evenly over crusts leaving a 1/4 inch border. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes in hte preheated 400° F oven until vegetables are tender and crust is golden brown.
