Ingredients
- 1- 5Ib bag Morningstar Farms® Vegan Sausage Style Crumbles, #28989-10230
- wt. 3lb. 12oz Cheese, Cheddar, Yellow, Reduced Fat, Shredded, Chilled
- 60 oz Tortilla Chips, Whole Grain
Recipe Directions
1. Add 1 Tbs. of oil to skillet at MEDIUM-HIGH.2. Place frozen crumbles from one pouch in skillet.
3. Cover skillet with a lid.
4. Heat at MEDIUM-HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
5. Remove lid. Heat an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
6. Simmer to desired consistency, stirring constantly.
7. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
8. Serve in a bento box-style container or 2 lb. paper boat, place 1 oz. of crumble, 1 oz. of shredded cheese, 2 oz. of tortilla chips. Serve with ½ cup of both lettuce and tomato if desired to make a complete meal.
