(1.85 lb) Kellogg’s® Eggo® Pancakes, Buttermilk -
48 ea
(24 oz) Bacon -
24 ea
(12 oz) Cheddar cheese -
24 ea
(12 oz) Mozzarella cheese
Recipe Directions
1. Lay pancakes on a clean work surface.2. Layer 2 oz. bacon and 1/2 oz. each cheese between 2 pancakes.
3. Add sandwich to pan with butter, cook on low to medium heat for 2 ½ minutes per side in a non-stick pan and cheese begins to melt.
