Gardenburger® Malibu Summer Sprout Burger
Warm brioche bun with veggie-packed Gardenburger® Malibu Burger topped with a special tangy sauce, avocado, red onion and sprouted microgreens.

Ingredients
- 1 patty Gardenburger® Malibu Burger
- 1 ea. Brioche bun, split
- as needed, for cooking Neutral oil
- 1 Tbs. Special Sauce or remoulade
- 3 tsp. Sprouted micro greens, picked
- 1 ea. Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 ea. Avocado, sliced
Recipe Directions
1. Cook the Gardenburger® Malibu Burger according to package.2. Add burger buns to lightly oiled griddle to toast.
3. To assemble, spread special sauce on the inside of both buns, top the bottom bun with sprouted micro greens, cooked burger, red onions, avocado and bun.
