Ingredients

  • 50 packages Kellogg's® Eggo® Minis Maple Waffles
  • 3 quarts
    (6 pounds)     vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 50 each
    (13 pounds)     bananas, medium, sliced
  • 3 quarts
    (3 pounds 4 ounces)     dried sweetened cranberries
  • 1 quart 1 pint 1 3/4 cups
    (25 ounces)     sliced toasted almonds

Recipe Directions

1. Toast Eggo® Waffles Minis Maple in toaster until crisp on both sides.
2. Place waffles on a plate and top with about 2 ounces of yogurt.
3. Distribute bananas, cranberries, and almonds evenly and serve.
