Eggo Froot Loops Waffle Dippers
Ingredients
- 50 Waffles Eggo Froot Loops® Waffles
- 1 Cup Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Granola
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries
Recipe Directions
Wash fresh fruit under cool running water then slice into bite-size pieces.Transfer fruit to covered container.
Place waffles in a single layer on a sheet pan. Heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until hot and crisp.
Transfer waffles to hotel pan and place in hot holding cabinet until assembly.
Cut each waffle into four equal pieces.
Assembly:
a. Place 1/2 cup of yogurt on tray.
b. Add 1/2 cup of mixed berries.
c. Top with 2 tbsp. of granola.
d. Place waffle quarters on tray.
e. Serve immediately.
