Ingredients
- 1 MorningStar Farms ® Royal Thai Curry Patty
- 1 Cup Chopped Kale Mix
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chopped Cilantro, Fresh
- 2 Tablespoons Mango Tamarind Chutney
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chopped Mint, Fresh
- 1 Tablespoon Crispy Chickpeas, Sea Salt
- 2 2 (3.84 oz.) Lotus Buns
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Recipe Directions
1. Preheat the deep fryer to 350ºF. Cook 1 frozen MorningStar Farms® Royal Thai Curry Patty in a nonstick pan over medium-lowheat for 3 minutes on each side until it reaches 165ºF. Cut in half and keep warm.
2. Fry the lotus leaf buns in the fryer for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Keep warm.
3. In a bowl, mix kale mix, tamarind chutney, cilantro, mint, crispy chickpeas, and olive oil. Refrigerate.
4. To assemble, place a lotus leaf bun on a plate and fill it with half of the veggie patty and 1/2 cups of kale mixture.
Repeat with the second bun. Serve immediately and enjoy
