Ingredients
- 1 MorningStar Farms ® Royal Thai Curry Patty
- 1 Cup Chopped Kale Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Crispy Chickpeas, Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Mango Tamarind Chutney
- 1 Romanesco (Green Cauliflower), Sliced into 3/4 inch WHOLE PIECES
- 1 Tablespoon Fried Onions
- 2 Tablespoons Butter Masala Simmer Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Lemongrass Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Crisp
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro, Fresh
Recipe Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a sheet tray with parchment and place sliced Romanesco and a MorningStar Farms® Royal ThaiCurry Patty on it. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
2. Bake for 7 minutes, then flip both and bake for another 5 minutes until the veggie patty reaches 165ºF. Keep warm.
3. In a small bowl, mix store-bought kale mix, mango tamarind chutney, chopped cilantro, crispy chickpeas, chili crisp, and fried
onions. Refrigerate.
4. Once done, plate the Romanesco topped with butter masala simmer sauce and the veggie patty, garnished with the kale mix.
